Xiamen Tianma 6th generation low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT-LCD and color filter (CF) production line projects include Xiamen Tianma Microelectronics, China Aviation Technology International Holdings Co., Ltd., China Aviation Technology Shenzhen Co., Ltd., China Aviation Technology Xiamen Co., Ltd., Xiamen Jincai Investment Co., Ltd. and other joint investment and construction, the total investment of the project is USD$ 1.9 billion, covering an area of 300 acres, with a total construction area of about 400,000 square meters. Indel won the 6th generation low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT-LCD and color filter (CF) production line FFU and supporting high-efficiency filter project.

Tianma Display Technology’s sixth-generation flexible AMOLED production line project is jointly invested by Xiamen Tianma, Guomao, Jinyuan, Xiangyu and Torch. The total investment of the project is USD$ 7.4 billion dollars, covering an area of 810，666 square meters and a total construction area of about 1.26 million square meters. The total construction area of the process clean area is about 600,000 square meters. Indel won the project of Tianma Display Technology’s sixth-generation flexible AMOLED production line FFU and supporting high-efficiency filters. With more than 30 years of professional air purification technology and experience, Indel will provide Tianma Display Technology with a clean and pollution-free production environment, help increase production capacity and yield, and help promote the balanced layout of the flat panel display industry across the country.
