•In the semiconductor cleanroom  industry, we provide FFU and supporting high-efficiency filter services for more than 400,000 square meters of purification workshops for semiconductor integrated circuits and semiconductor components. We witness the gradual development and growth of INDAIR as semiconductor companies strive to be world-class.

•In the low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT-LCD and color filter (CF) production line project, INDAIR won the FFU and supported a high-efficiency filter project of more than 1 million square meters of the production line, helping to improve the company’s production capacity and quality products rate, and at the same time, help promote the balanced layout of the flat panel display industry across the country.

•INDAIR gives full play to its technical advantages, brand advantages, and service advantages to provide clean rooms with high-quality FFU and support high-efficiency filter products for the R&D and production companies of fiber lasers and their key components and materials.

•In January 2020, we undertook a technical transformation project from AC to DC FFU in the 100-level clean area of the photolithography project of an enterprise engaged in integrated circuit chip design and semiconductor microelectronics-related products and completed the project transformation within 48 hours. The efficient and fast service was not surprising at all. Impact production and win high praise from customers.

•Since 2018, we have provided FFU and supporting high-efficiency filter services for more than 500,000 square meters of clean rooms in the biopharmaceutical industry to protect the clean environment required for immune preparations, vaccines, genetic recombinant products, and other products.

Introduction to clean system

 

 

 

The current clean system in the electronics industry mainly adopts the combination of MAU (fresh air unit) + DC (dry coil) + FFU (fan filter unit), of which 10% is fresh air and 90% is return air. The temperature of the clean room is mainly determined by the dry coil Control, humidity is mainly controlled by the fresh air system.

For semiconductor projects, we are currently focusing our product research on chemical filters.

The main chemical molecular pollutants inside the clean system are acids, alkalis, and VOC+RC

The chemical molecular pollutants generated inside the clean room system are self-circulated by the FFU. After being filtered by the FFU air inlet through the chemical filter, the air flow is pushed by the fan and filtered by the high-efficiency filter before entering the clean room to ensure the production process in the clean area. Control the environment within the concentration and life span of the chemical filter design.
