1. The aluminum profile frame is directly equipped with a 40mm-deep side curtain-type knife holder structure, which can be directly inserted into the liquid tank sealing device to ensure a high degree of airtightness, easy installation, and good sealing performance;
2. Filter material: ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper; the pleats are equally spaced to ensure the best airflow and achieve high dust holding capacity;
3. Frame sealant: PU two-component polyurethane glue;
4. Separator: EVA hot melt adhesive;
5. Filtration efficiency: 99.99%～99.9995% @ 0.3μm;
6. The highest temperature for use: 70~80°C; the highest humidity for use: 100%;
7. Optional thickness of aluminum profile: 70mm, 90mm, 110mm.

Precautions for the use of knife holder type high-efficiency filter:
1. Regularly check whether the air inlet surface is blocked by debris and whether the surface of the filter material is damaged;
2. If there is something blocking the surface, it should be removed; if the surface of the product filter material is seriously damaged, it must be plugged; if the surface damage cannot be repaired, a new filter must be replaced;
3. When installing, ensure that the seal with the edge of the frame is good to prevent air leakage; do not use heavy objects to hit the surface of the filter, and do not use force to pull the surface of the filter material of the filter; Uniform pressure around the frame;
4. Ensure that the product has a filter with efficiency above F8 as a pre-filter for protection.
